Visa Requirements for Indonesia

1. 06 months valid Original Passport & Signature Page duly signed by the passport holder
2. CNIC Copy
3. 4 photographs, size 34 x 45 mm (white Background, without glasses/ cap)
4. Updated 6 months Bank statement duly signed & stamped by the respective with Min 5 Lac Closing Balance.
5. 3-4 Covering Letter from Employer
6. Family Registration Certificate (for family travelling), Marriage Registration Certificates (Spouse travelling)
7. Chamber of Commerce Certificate
8. NTN (Compulsory)
9. After submission, 7-10 working days are required for processing
